All data for Nudge is stored solely on the user's device and in the user's iCloud account, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Apple may share anonymized, aggregated diagnostic data with Nudge's developers if you have opted into sharing analytics with app developers in your device settings. Nudge's developers and third parties otherwise have no access to any Nudge user data.
